Our People and Community
We actively support the community we live and work in through sponsorships that align with our values. Our sponsorships and donations aren’t just about financial support, they are about being involved, volunteering time, and building relationships.
We are proud to have our workshop and workforce based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. Supporting events and groups that we know our employees and families can all be a part of.
An event that is at the core of the Willweld Family is the MACA Cancer 200 ride for the Perkins Institute. Willie first jumped on his push bike in 2014 to complete this 200km journey across 2 days. Every year since then Willweld employees have been getting involved and growing to the point we now enter our own team into the event. Knowing that funds raised by the team goes to supporting research and helping families in Western Australia is what keeps us coming back each year – MACA Cancer 200- Ride for Research
