Boilermaker Welder
Your primary responsibility will be the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of various mining equipment, contributing to the overall reliability and success of our operations. You will have a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy earth moving equipment under our existing maintenance contracts. Workshop and field-based experience with a flexible roster. Work with a personable and relatable team who recognise and reward highly skilled people.

Apprentice Opportunities
We are currently accepting applicants for our 2025 Apprenticeship Program. The Willweld 4 year program provides on the job training in both the workshop and on site in conjunction with compulsory trade training through ITWS in Kalgoorlie. Kick-start your career as an Apprentice Boilermaker working with a team of knowledgeable and skilled tradespeople, gaining invaluable hands on experience across a variety of projects and some of the biggest Heavy Earthmoving equipment in the industry. Apprentices already enrolled in their trade that are wanting to come across to our team and complete their remaining years as site based Boilermakers are considered.
Sales and Purchasing Co-ordinator
Your primary responsibilities will be managing all aspects of material sales requests and company wide purchasing requirements while maintaining and excellent relationship with our clients.
– Building and growing strong relationships with clients and suppliers direct point of contact of major client enquiries for material and wear part sales
– Providing technical guidance, support and quotes to clients opportunities for site visits
– Co-ordinate the sourcing and ordering of materials inspecting and organising the receival and dispatch of material sales
– Liaise with supplies to ensure timely delivery or collection of ordered goods
– Opportunities to stream line workflows from sales to production and dispatch
– Working closely with Management and Draftsperson to develop new products and opportunities
Trades Assistant / Yards
We are seeking an experienced Trades assistant’s to join our busy team. As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
– Be able to travel with the team to various sites for shutdown support
– Handling freight deliveries and dispatching while in the yard
– Undertaking general yard and workshop duties
